Qigong

I use Qigong to support preventive measures, to accompany therapy or in aftercare. The gentle focus of Qigong on the body with simple movements and concentration on breathing can promote deep body awareness, the ability to relax by balancing the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system, but also flexibility and muscle strength. With regular use, we learn to feel into our body, to "listen to it", which needs the psyche communicates through body signals in the given case, as with psychosomatic complaints. Together we interpret the signals, since a pure conversational or behavioral therapy approach is often not enough to bring about changes. A special focus of what I offer is working with young people and adults with autism spectrum disorders, attention deficit disorder (ADD) and learning and concentration disorders from school to work.
